🚚 سياسة الشحن
جميع الطلبات التي تتم عبر منصتنا تُنفَّذ كهدايا مباشرة يتم إرسالها إلى مستفيدين محددين وفق بيانات الطلب.
لا يتم توصيل الطلبات إلى العملاء أو المشترين بشكل مباشر.
⏱ المدة الزمنية لمعالجة الطلب:
يتم تجهيز الطلبات عادةً خلال 2–4 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.
📦 الشحن المحلي (داخل الهند/السعودية):
يستغرق التوصيل عادةً من 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل من تاريخ الشحن.
🌍 الشحن الدولي:
يستغرق التوصيل عادةً من 14 إلى 21 يوم عمل حسب الدولة المستهدفة، وقد يختلف ذلك وفق إجراءات التخليص الجمركي أو عوامل لوجستية أخرى.
يتم تغليف جميع العناصر بعناية وتسليمها لشركائنا اللوجستيين المعتمدين أو توصيلها مباشرةً إلى المستفيدين المحددين.
بعد شحن الطلب، قد يتم إرسال إشعارات بحالة تنفيذ الطلب.
🚫 لا يمكن إجراء أي تعديلات أو إلغاء الطلب بعد الشحن.

📦 Domestic Shipping (within India / Saudi Arabia):
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
🌍 International Shipping:
Delivery usually takes 14–21 business days depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and other logistical factors.
All items are carefully packed and handed over to our authorized logistics partners or delivered directly to designated recipients.
Once dispatched, fulfillment status updates may be shared.
🚫 No changes or cancellations are permitted after dispatch.
